The Premier's Milk Campaign

The milk of human kindness

Providing the gift of milk to underprivileged students goes a long way to addressing
many health and hunger issues. To help fund a program for free milk, the Premier’s Gift of Milk Campaign was initiated by the Toronto Foundation for Student Success. Spearheaded by Premiers Bob Rae, Ernie Eves and David Peterson, the program draws on the participation of Ontario ministers to raise awareness and funds, and helped provide over 300,000 servings of milk to hungry students last year.

As with the Feeding Our Future initiative and the TFSS Apple Program, there is still a
long way to go to reach all needful students. Each donation brings us closer to realizing our goal of providing every needful child with the nourishment they need to ensure their time in school is a rich and rewarding experience.
