Beyond 3:30 Studying The staff at Beyond 3:30 comes from a variety of backgrounds including qualified teachers, child and youth worker graduates, social worker graduates, or university students with studies in kinesiology, arts and education, to name a few disciplines. Furthermore, all staff members have experience working with youth in either a recreational or teaching environment. Staff are interviewed and reference checked and once selected, put through a vulnerable sectors police check, mandatory for anyone working with children. The staff of Beyond 3:30 comes from all over the city of Toronto and usually work in a school where they have had previous experience either working or attending or that is located in their own community.
